1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of PoshTransport France luxury chauffeur services. By booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

• 2.1. PoshTransport France provides private chauffeur services for various types of travel, including airport transfers and on-demand services.
• 2.2. All services are subject to the availability of our chauffeurs and vehicles and can be booked through our website, or by contacting our customer service.

3. Reservations

• 3.1. Reservations can be made online via our website or by phone.
• 3.2. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you by email. Please check the details and notify us of any errors immediately.
• 3.3. Hourly service reservations require a minimum of three hours, including 30 km per hour, and must be within the same departure region. For long trips, please book a single transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the service: Full refund
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before: 50% charge
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before: Full charge

5. Payment Terms

• 5.1. Payment for services must be made either online on our website or onboard if you prefer to pay in cash.
• 5.2. For events and multiple bookings, payment must be made via bank transfer. Specific conditions will be set between the provider (PoshTransport France) and the client.

6. Pricing and Waiting Fees

• 6.1. One hour of free waiting time is included for airport transfers and 20 minutes for other addresses. Beyond these times, waiting fees apply based on the vehicle category.
• 6.2. All prices include applicable taxes and fees.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must provide accurate pickup and destination information
• Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings

7. Chauffeur Standards

• Our chauffeurs are professionally dressed and trained
• All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be resolved in French courts.
